2010/11 Cheer Select Team Practice

• SPARKLE ~ age 6 and under:  Monday/Friday, every other Saturday

• SPIRIT ~ age 8 and under:  Monday/Thursday, every other Saturday
  
• ENERGY ~ age 10 and under: Sunday/Tuesday, every other Saturday

• POWER ~ age 12 and under: Monday/Wednesday, every other Saturday
  
• FORCE ~ age 14 and under:  Sunday/Wednesday, every other Saturday

• SHOCK ~ 9th-12th grade:  Tuesday/Thursday, every other Saturday
  
• FUSION ~ Cheer Dad Team (18 and over, CHEER DAD'S ONLY ~ Sunday's)

NOTE:  There will be, at the discretion of the Cheer Select coaching staff, extra practices called prior to a competition.  These ad-hoc practices are to be treated as any other practice and are mandatory.  Thank you in advance for adjusting your schedules to these practices.  All teams practice 2-3 days per week.
